Location: Corpus Christi, TX
This Quality Inspector ensures quality control and product conformity for customer requirements and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain verification records and document inspections, traceability, testing, etc.
- Assist in resolution of customer complaints and supplier quality issues for non-conformance reports and corrective actions
- Coordinate tool calibration and maintenance records
- Review ASI-generated models/drawings for clarity and conformance to specifications
- Perform inspections of parts and assemblies to ensure conformance with specifications, established quality standards and customer requirements
- Authorize release of parts, issuing CoC’s and serviceable tags
- Recommends disposition of parts owned by ASI
- Support with part making, warehouse management and shipping
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/quality/inspection
- 2+ years of experience in A&D industry
