We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized help desk employee to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees with computer systems, hardware, or software issues. You will also respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.

The Help Desk Technician is responsible for:

  • Maintaining daily performance of desktop computer systems.
  • Responding to email, phone calls and/or Teams messages for employees seeking help.
  • Installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software.
  • Cleaning up computers.
  • Running diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning end user devices.

The position requires 2-years’ experience in IT-related field.
