This position reports to the Director of Account Management
This role is for an entry-level position within the Account Management team with strong interpersonal skills and who is eager to learn about ASI’s product/service offerings and business operations
Roles and responsibilities
Responsible for conducting administrative tasks in support of customer inquiries using standard procedures
Fields calls, emails, others for legitimate opportunities, escalating to corresponding Account Manager
Supports Account Managers in day to day activities as needed in a timely manner
Examples of tasks
Sets up customer Request for Quotes (RFQ) and subsequent sales orders in ASI’s ERP system
Assists in reviewing and identifying opportunities on various B2B platforms
Issues vendor RFQs as directed by team
Basic qualifications
College degree preferred
0-1 years of Account Management or related field experience
